A user session is a single conversation between a user and your copilot. Each time a user opens the widget and starts chatting, that counts as one session regardless of how many messages are exchanged.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
When you reach your session limit, the copilot widget will stop responding to new conversations until your sessions reset at the start of the next month. You can upgrade your plan anytime to get more sessions immediately.
